The prospect of textured soy protein

A textured soy protein production line was sent to Zambia yesterday. Its output can reach 1500kg/h. The textured soy protein can be made meat analogue, meat food（such as burger patties, meatballs, mined meat, ham and so on) and other vegetarian food. We all know the soy protein is very rich in nutrients. Its nutritional content is very close to animal protein, and it is easily absorbed, and it can also lower cholesterol. So the textured soy protein can instead part of animal meat, that can save many animals’ lives. From this hand, protein industry also a kind of Eco friendly industry, has a promising future.
