"Wet Twin Screw Food Extruders” is designed and named for steam pre-conditioning before extrusion. It is a combination of steam conditioner and extruder.
The powder form raw materials go through the steam conditioner for pre-cooking and re-mixing. In the conditioner, materials will be mixed with the steam, and then get high temperature and more moisture during conveying. So, some special materials can be pre-cooked, such as soya, fresh meat paste, bone paste, fish paste, etc.
And there are steam heating zones surround the extruder screw barrel. So, compared with electric heated extruders, steam heating is helpful for reducing the electricity consumption.
In brief, the wet extrusion can get steady quality food/feed products and increase the extruder's output capacity.

5. Packaging and Delivery:
A. We will pack all necessary machines into wooden cases. For drying machine, and heavy extruders, we will fix them in the container with very strong iron wire.
B. If by LCL for small quantity machines, we will let send to QINGDAO port for loading.
C. If need containers, our trucks will take the containers from port to our factory for professional and safely loading, and then return to port for shipment.
