Because of fish farms characteristics, the fish feed extruder machine must be with low investment, low power consumption, compact dimension, easy operation and steady performance features, so our "Single screw floating feed extruder" was designed and manufactured.
The extruder is consists of driving motor, material feeding machine, extrusion system, cutting system and contral panel. The material feeding and feed cutting speed are controlled by the frequency converters, then we can get aimed size feed pellets.
If the user want to get automatic production line, we can provide mixer, conveyer, dryer and other accessary machines.

4. Packaging and delivery
A. We will pack all necessary machines into wooden cases. For drying machine, and heavy extruders, we will fix them in the container with very strong iron wire.
B. If by LCL for small quantity machines, we will let send to QINGDAO port for loading.
C. If need containers, our trucks will take the containers from port to our factory for professional and safely loading, and then return to port for shipment.
