The core filling snack production line is a special combined production line based on directly puffed snack production line. Connecting the special core injection mould with core filling machine and a shaping cutter, we can produce cubic, round tube and pillow shape core filling snacks product. Of course this production line also can produce all kinds of directly puffed snacks.
The length of the products are decided by the cutting speed. Our cutter has two frequency converters to control the pulling roll and cutting roll's running speed. Then we can get aimed length products willfully.

5. Packaging and Delivery:
A. We will pack all necessary machines into wooden cases. For drying machine, and heavy extruders, we will fix them in the container with very strong iron wire.
B. If by LCL for small quantity machines, we will let send to QINGDAO port for loading.
C. If need containers, our trucks will take the containers from port to our factory for professional and safely loading, and then return to port for shipment.
